Fifteen Investments is not interested in competing with traditional lenders for your home loan nor are we interested in providing unsecured loans or long term financial solutions.

Due to our insolvency background we are interested in providing assistance by way of distressed loans. This may include funding payments of wind up notices, the funding of Deed of Company Arrangements, the funding of Part 10 arrangements or paying out a secured creditor.

In relation to short term and medium term lending, rates are based on both the level of security you are able to provide and length of the required lend. Rates on all such lends are calculated on a case by case basis.

Our debt finance solutions are generally offered for a maximum period of 5 years. Notwithstanding this, we provide flexibility in that we are not afraid to explore debt for equity swaps should such a situation arise where it is mutually beneficial for all parties involved.

Fifteen Investments is able to provide prospective plaintiffs the required funding to run any specific commercial action. The said funding may include but is not limited to legal fees, court costs and adverse cost orders.

Primarily the matters Fifteen Investments would consider funding would be either insolvency related matters, commercial disputes, corporate disputes, and director/shareholder disputes.
